My Personal Goals

I always felt it was important to set goals for yourself because it helps you stay focused and it keeps you honest. Here are some of my weight management goals that I hope to achieve.

My short term goal is to lose 20 pounds. I currently weight 198 pounds.

My long term goal is to lose 35 pounds, and to maintain it without the peaks and valleys associated with most weight management plans.

I haven't set a time table for this because I think that would put too much pressure on myself, and it's already hard enough! I will be sure to post my my progress. Cheers!
